You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

đź“‹ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must be intact

  • Must be returned in its original packaging

🔄 Reasons for Return or Exchange

We accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Wrong size received

  • Wrong item sent

  • Manufacturing defect or damage

(Note: Color difference due to screen resolution is not considered a defect)

đźšš How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days via:

  2. Share your order details and reason for return

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address (provided during the process)

đź’µ Refund or Exchange Options

  • You can choose between:
    âś… Exchange for a different size/item
    âś… Refund via bank transfer (if applicable and approved)

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our side.

  • No returns accepted after 14 days

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or altered by the customer will not be accepted
